RENTAL TERMS AND RATES
GENERAL INFO
Welcome to Beg Meil. If you are interested in our apartment, here are the leasing terms:
- Arrival: Saturdays after 2 p.m.,
- Departure: Saturdays before 10 a.m..

This apartment accommodates 4 people maximum.
No pets allowed.
Two copies of the leasing contract will be sent to you upon request.
The contract will be effective after reception of one signed copy, with a down payment of 25 % of the total amount of the rent.
The balance is due upon delivery of the keys, as well as a security deposit of 300 €.
The deposit will be reimbursed between 48 hours and 2 months after your departure*.
(* Possible deduction for degradations).

TOURIST SEASON from 07/07/12 to 08/11/12 490 €
SEMI-SEASON from 06/16/12 to 07/07/12
from 08/11/12 to 08/25/12 		420 €
LOW SEASON before 06/16/12
after 08/25/12 		300 €
UTILITIES
   included for weekly reservation
   25 % of the total amount. Due by reservation
   300 € due upon delivery of the keys
